The new seminar concept

Thanks to the multi-level concept of the seminar, it is finally possible to better accompany the transfer of what has been learned into daily practice.

A technology and method check-in takes place before the start. On the evening before the seminar, the group meets in Zoom’s virtual seminar room. You get to know each other, test the technical availability, familiarize yourself with the online tools used in the seminar and solve the little difficulties that sometimes arise in online meetings.

On the first two days, the group learns, experiments and exercises in the protected setting of the seminar – accompanied and guided by the experienced trainer.

In the following week, the participants can immediately apply what they have learned in their dailyprac   tice.

On the advanced day, the third day of the seminar, which takes place one to two weeks after the second day of the seminar, there is – depending on the needs of the participants – further seminar content, reflections, demos in front of the plenum, the opportunity to practice further (with or without supervision by the lecturer), case interviews and a lot of time for questions and answers!
A mix that has proven itself over many years is used, consisting of theoretical inputs, interactive lectures, exercises in small groups, reflections in the plenary, case studies and discussions, live demos, and much more …
Particular attention is paid to practical action.

Meta goals

We dive into the world of systemic consulting and use the Constellation-board to generate new perspectives quickly and easily. This seminar prepares you with many practical exercises focused on the use of this effective tool in coaching and consulting, whereby the deepening of (existing) systemic knowledge is not neglected.
New ideas and approaches for your own consulting work are developed and are immediately available for your own consulting practice.

Technical requirements

During the mandatory preliminary check-in, we check all technical components together and make sure that we are on
be able to start well the next morning.
A laptop with a screen size of at least 14 inches is recommended for participation. The bigger the screen, the better.
An additional screen ensures relaxed work. This is not a requirement, but it is recommended.
A desktop PC with a 24 inch screen is also very good

Participation only with a tablet or smartphone is not possible.

You also need
– a mouse with a mouse wheel
– and a camera.
A headset has a very beneficial effect on your intelligibility and the understanding of the other participants. It is not a requirement, but it is recommended.

Software

In this seminar we work with the online-Constellation-board.
A free registration at www.online-Constellation-board.com is required.

The operating system is irrelevant for all devices. Windows or Mac are both very possible.
You can work with all common internet browsers. Whether Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera or Vivaldi – the browser is ultimately not important. We have had very good experiences with products that are independent of the operating system manufacturer, such as Firefox or Chrome.
It is not possible to work in the old Microsoft Internet Explorer.
We will use the video conferencing software „ZOOM“, which can be downloaded for free from the Internet and is easy to install.
In addition, we will possibly use supporting collaboration software, which, however, runs simply and without explicit installation in the Internet browser
